How can we be sure that the silicone used is truly non-toxic?
Our silicone is certified 100% BPA and PVC free. Additionally, our manufacturer holds a valid RoHS certificate, which is checked regularly.
As we sell in France and throughout the EU, we are subject to European food regulations (the strictest in the world) and are therefore required to regularly have our JAWTRAINER tested by an independent laboratory to detect the potential presence of harmful substances.
Is the product safe to use for the jaw?
After consulting with our orthodontist, training with the JAWTRAINER is not dangerous for the temporomandibular joint. This is due to the fact that our product targets the molars, which are teeth specifically designed for chewing food, and not the incisors, which are meant for cutting. This allows for a natural range of chewing motion.

What is the lifespan of JAWTRAINER® 3.0?
It can depend on several factors, including the strength of your jaw and the intensity and regularity of your training sessions. If you started with the Medium range and no longer feel resistance, it's time to switch to the Confirmed range. On average, JAWTRAINER® 3.0 have a lifespan of 1 to 3 months.

What is the real difference between the Medium, Confirmed, and Pro JAWTRAINER models and how to choose?
The difference is really not to be underestimated. If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with the Medium JAWTRAINER. Later on, you can move on to the Confirmed JAWTRAINER, which is 25% more resistant. Without prior experience and training, the Pro JAWTRAINER (25% more resistant than the Confirmed) is too difficult for most customers.

What is the difference between mewing and training with JAWTRAINER?
During training with JAWTRAINER, the jaw muscles are engaged to change the shape of your face by developing muscle mass. Therefore, you can achieve results in a very short amount of time. The Mewing method, on the other hand, focuses on a long-term change in the shape of the face by getting accustomed to a certain tongue position. Here, we do not focus on training and shaping specific muscle groups, but on the long-term modification of the shape and position of the jawbone. This is relatively easy to change during the growth phase, but at an older age, it is impossible to achieve short-term success.
JAWTRAINER is perfect for very effective development of jaw muscles.
How long does it take to see the first results?
It depends on your body fat percentage. If your body fat percentage is low, you may already see the first results after 3 to 6 weeks. However, generally, the subject of muscle mass gain is a long-term process and entirely depends on your perseverance. On average, our clients see clearly visible results after 3 to 6 months.

Is it possible to use JAWTRAINER with dental braces?
Technically, it's possible to use JAWTRAINER with dental braces. However, we don't recommend it as it may damage either your braces and/or JAWTRAINER. It's up to you to decide whether you can manage both.
Are JAWTRAINER bad for teeth?
Absolutely not! Your molars can chew on things that are much harder and more resistant than JAWTRAINER.
BUT be careful, there are many other jaw exercisers that are definitely not good for your teeth, especially your incisors.

I have jaw problems, can I still use the product?
If you have serious TMJ problems or jaw disorders, we strongly advise against using our products. Intense jaw training may not be suitable for you. Consult a doctor before ordering a pair of JAWTRAINER. Take care of yourself ;)
Is it possible to change the bone structure of my jaw using JAWTRAINER?
No, primarily because the bones of the jaw cannot be trained. However, our body is a living organism that can adapt to new situations. As soon as the jaw musculature develops, the position of the jawbone also changes. However, this is a very long process that can take years.
What are the ideal training durations/frequencies?
Ideally, we recommend 4 to 6 training sessions per week, each lasting 5 to 15 minutes. Using JAWTRAINER for more than 15 minutes a day will not improve your results and may even be counterproductive.
In fact, it is the regularity of your training sessions that will allow you to achieve rapid results.
What are the conditions to benefit from the unlimited replacement guarantee?
All our orders benefit from the unlimited replacement guarantee. This means that if your JAWTRAINER© breaks within 60 days of receiving your order (indicated by your tracking number), we will send you a new pair free of charge as many times as necessary. To benefit from this, you simply need to contact us by email and attach a photo of your damaged JAWTRAINER© along with the invoice.
Note: If photos of the damage are not provided or if the damage was not caused by the intended use of the product, the replacement request will be denied.

Do you also ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide via La Poste.
What are the shipping fees and times?
Mainland France: Free - Express 24-72 hours.
Overseas France: Free - Express 3-7 days.
International: 3.45€ - Express 3-7 days.
What are the order preparation times?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. During the week, all orders placed before 4pm are shipped the same day. No shipments on weekends and public holidays.
How can I track my order?
Once you receive the shipping confirmation email, a tracking number will be provided. Simply click on it to be redirected to the La Poste website where the status of your order will be displayed. Please note that tracking information may have a delay.
I still haven't received my order, what should I do?
Have you received the shipping confirmation for your order? If your order has been shipped for more than 2 weeks, please contact us with your order number and we will initiate an investigation and get back to you within 24 hours.
I received a damaged/defective item, what should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience, unfortunately this can happen. Please contact us explaining the problem and attaching a photo as proof, we will do our best to find a solution.
I'm not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund?
You can request cancellation and a refund for your order until the tracking number is received. This is due to the fact that the product is for oral use, and we do not accept returns because we cannot resell the product due to hygiene reasons.
The refund value is calculated as follows: total value of the transaction minus transaction fees of 5% of the order value. Once the tracking number is received, you can no longer cancel and request a refund for your order.

In what cases would I not be eligible for a refund?
If the shipment did not reach its destination due to an error in the shipping address provided during the order or if the return process was not followed.
